Bella Pulizia, LLC (“Bella Pulizia”, “we”, “us”) provides residential, commercial and short-term rental cleaning services in Southern California and the East Valley of Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through bellapulizia.com, our scheduling app at schedule.bellapulizia.com, and our text-message alerts, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact and quote requests. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
  • Job applications. When you apply to work with us, we collect your name, contact details, your resume or CV, and any other information you choose to include.
  • Client booking calendars. When a client (a property owner, host or manager) asks us to clean a short-term rental, we may receive that property’s booking calendar from the rental platform. It contains reservation dates and times and, depending on the platform, may include a guest’s name or initials. We use it only to schedule cleanings, and we delete guest details from our scheduling app 30 days after checkout.
  • Staff text-message alerts. Members of our team who choose to receive alert texts provide their mobile number and their consent to receive texts. See “Text messaging (SMS)” below.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your browser and device type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics”).

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and prepare quotes.
  • To schedule, perform and follow up on cleaning services.
  • To review job applications and communicate with applicants.
  • To send our staff operational alerts about bookings and cleanings.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website, including blocking spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us. These include our website and app hosting provider, our email delivery providers, Google (Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA), and Twilio (text-message delivery). We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety or that of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our “Bella Pulizia Schedule Alerts” text program sends automated operational alerts to members of our team, such as new, changed or cancelled bookings at the properties we clean, booking issues that need review, and a nightly summary of the next day’s cleanings. We send these texts only to team members who opt in by saving their own mobile number on the Notifications page of our scheduling app.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party.
  • We use mobile numbers only to send the alerts the person signed up for. Twilio delivers the messages on our behalf and may not use the numbers for any other purpose.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit and how long you stay. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction information to tell people from automated spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How long we keep information

  • Inquiries and client records: as long as needed to provide our services and keep business and tax records.
  • Job applications: as long as needed to consider the application and for a reasonable time afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Guest details from booking calendars: deleted from our scheduling app 30 days after checkout.
  • Staff mobile numbers: until the person removes their number, replies STOP, or leaves our team.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and two-factor sign-in for our scheduling app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

California residents. You may review and request changes to your personal information as described above. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to sites we do not control, such as booking platforms or social media. Their own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
