These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of bellapulizia.com, our scheduling app at schedule.bellapulizia.com, and our text-message alert program, all operated by Bella Pulizia, LLC (“Bella Pulizia”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our cleaning services

Information on our website describes our services in general. The price, scope, schedule, cancellation and payment terms for any cleaning are set out in the quote, agreement or invoice we give you for that job, and those documents control if they differ from anything on our website. Requesting a quote does not create an obligation for you or for us until we confirm the job.

Using our website

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Give accurate information when you contact us, request a quote or apply for a job.
  • Do not try to interfere with the website’s operation or security, or access areas you are not authorized to use. The scheduling app is for authorized Bella Pulizia staff only.

SMS terms: Bella Pulizia Schedule Alerts

  • Program description. Bella Pulizia Schedule Alerts sends automated operational text messages to members of the Bella Pulizia team: new, changed or cancelled bookings at the properties we clean, booking issues that need review, problems with booking-calendar feeds, and a nightly summary of the next day’s cleanings. The program sends no marketing messages.
  • How to opt in. Team members opt in by entering their own mobile number and pressing “Save number” on the Notifications page of our scheduling app (schedule.bellapulizia.com). A confirmation text is sent right away. Receiving texts is optional; the same alerts are available in the app and by email.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies with booking activity. It is typically a few messages a day.
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
  • How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also delete your number on the Notifications page. To start receiving texts again, reply START.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at booking@bellapulizia.com or (909) 907-4042.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and other content on our website belong to Bella Pulizia, LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as booking platforms or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

Our website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Pulizia, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, scheduling app or text alerts. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for cleaning services is governed by the quote, agreement or invoice for that job.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use our website, app or text alerts after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
